Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Documentation Support
- Handle all day-to-day documentation includingsales orders (SOs), delivery orders (DOs), and invoices.
- Maintain proper filing and records for all operations-related documents.
- Data entry and system updates related to order processing, stock movement, and deliveries.
- Order Coordination
- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics).
- Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers on order and delivery updates, if needed.
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
- Assist in monthly or ad-hoc stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support inventory planning by checking raw and finished goods availability.
- Logistics & Delivery Support
- Coordinate with third-party transporters for delivery arrangements.
- Prepare delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Track delivery status and resolve any issues related to transportation or delivery.
- Cross-functional Support
- Liaise with the production team on order requirements, lead times, and daily output planning.
- Support communication between operations and production on customer demand and production schedules.
- Work closely with the operations assistant manager to ensure smooth workflow.
- Relief & Backup Duties
- Able to support and temporarily take over key responsibilities of the Operations Assistant Manager in their absence.
- Understand end-to-end operational tasks including stock planning, production coordination, and delivery arrangement.
- Other Ad-hoc Duties
- Provide support to other departments when needed (e.g., sales, admin, logistics).
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Operations Assistant Manager or management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,350.00 per month
