Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist YDP and Deputy YDP
- Following through in ensuring day-to-day operations of BAKASA runs smoothly.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating any meetings or discussion related to BAKASA.
- Prepare report of any incoming donations/contributions and any outgoing expenses/disbursement
- Create and provide internal/external supplies
- Oversee maintenance of social media and website contents
- Coordinate with key EXCO Members to resolve any issues
- Responsible for all correspondences (online and offline) with relevant authorities or parties
- Assist to provide internal/external updates if and when any issue arises
2. Assist Secretary and Assistant Secretary
- Assist in coordinating in organising AGMs
- Assist BAKASA secretary in Annual Submissions of reports and ROS related documents
- Assist in organising periodic meetings, printing minutes of meetings etc
- Maintaining and organising all BAKASA files (hardcopy as well as softcopy files)
- Assist to provide internal/external updates if and when any issue arises
3. Assist Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer
- Coordinate with RuKTAA staff on monthly submissions of accounts and bills
- Help prepare payment vouchers and getting approvals
- Follow up on CSR and Donation/Fund Raising appeals
- Assist provide internal/external updates if any when any issue arises
4. Projects, Events
- Assist key EXCO Members in charge of project to coordinate event (with approval) from YDP and Deputy YDP
- Help coordinate meetings
- Assist in correspondences and other related matters involving authorities
- Assist in project management with day-to-day activities
- Day-to-day operations of BAKASA
- Ad hoc related duties/tasks
5. Other Duties
- Travel : Periodic travel is needed
Running day-to-day errands, attend event/meeting at RuKTAA/CINTAA in Raub (notice in advance of such travel to be given) when needed

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
