We are representing a well known premium home fragrance brand in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for Operation Admin to join the team in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description:
- Update Daily Sales Report
- Monitor & Update Monthly Sales Order
- Distribute Weekly Sales Reports
- Generate Monthly Sales Targets
- Arrange Retail Sales Promoter Working Roster
- Billing & Invoicing
- Liaise with Buyers and Retail Partners
- Inventory Stocktake
- Stock Distribution
- Store visits
Job Requirements:
- Setup / teardown department stores (sometimes)
- Able to start immediately
- Minimum SPM
- Language requirement: English, Bahasa Melayu.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5:30pm
