Job Scope:
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented individual to join our team in supporting hauler onboarding and digitization on the GarGeon platform. This role bridges the gap between our system and hauler users, ensuring a smooth transition from manual to digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site or remote assistance to hauler partners and drivers during onboarding.
- Guide users step-by-step on using the GarGeon mobile app and web portal for collection tasks and admin processes.
- Work closely with drivers and admin staff to simulate tasks, ensure proper usage, and troubleshoot issues.
- Support onboarding documentation and checklists.
- Be the “go-to” support during the transition phase, handholding where necessary to ensure adoption.
- Collect feedback and report usability issues to our internal team.
- Occasionally accompany drivers to simulate collections and system use in the field (where necessary).

- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus: Has own transport and willing to follow hauler routes if needed (claimable).

Pay: RM15.00 - RM20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
