Job Responsibilities:
- Handle processing of customer application forms from all channels and to follow up on application status.
- Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
- Responsible to prepare and internal and regulatory reports.
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks and day to day operational processes.
- Responsible for providing operational support and escalating to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
- Expected to liaise with stakeholders including but not limited to colleagues from various divisions, and business partners.
- Good excel and data analytical skill.
- Attention to detail.
