Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative works, document systemization and upkeep
- Maintain reports files and records
- To assist the Centre Management operations team as and when it deems necessary
- To perform any ad hoc task from the superior from time to time
- To assist in preparing reports as required by Senior Operations Manager
- Coordinate submission, review and analyze routine reports and to follow up with respective departments head.
- Responsible for the point of contact between the management and stakeholders (i.e. Tenants, Contractor, Client, etc
- To ensure updated list.Asset Management
- To do asset tagging for all Company’s inventory
- To ensure the Company’s Asset is in good condition
- To liaise with vendor for any damages or warranty issues of Company’s asset.
- As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task
