Job summary:
Responsible for monitoring, recording, and reviewing CCTV footage to ensure the security of the premises. This role focuses particularly on identifying and reporting suspicious activities within cashiering and receiving operations, helping to prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor live CCTV footage on a daily basis to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
2. Identify and report any suspicious or unusual activities immediately to the concerned authorities.
3. Ensure all CCTV equipment, including cameras and recording systems, are functioning correctly; report and escalate any malfunctions.
4. Review and analyse daily IT transaction reports to detect and flag any anomalies or suspicious behaviour.
5. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all incidents, equipment issues, and relevant observations.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field
2. Minimum 1 Years in Retail Operation.
3. Microsoft Excel, CCTV Software, ARMS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
