Job Responsibilities:
- To perform dunning, review and monitor delinquent of accounts and initiate/follow up on the appropriate collection & recovery strategies
- Conduct site visits/negotiation with loan defaulters to rehabilitate/recover the accounts
- Prepare statistics & reports for the department/management review
- To perform restructuring and rescheduling of accounts
Job Requirement:
- A degree/diploma in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of similar experience in the banking and/or HP/Leasing environment.
- Good interpersonal & report writing skills, as well as, good communication skill.
- Ability to work independently & under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduates in related discipline are welcome to apply.
