Collection Executive

Collection Executive is responsible for chasing outstanding debts, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving collection targets

Job Scope:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans and repayment schedules with customers
• Resolve disputes or conflicts related to payments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and prevent overdue debts
• Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree related in Accounting/Finance
• At least 2 years of experience in collection/ account receivable/credit control
• Proven experience as collection executive or similar role
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Able to start work immediately/soonest possible will be an added advantage
• Preferred male candidate (willing to travel)
• Well-versed in relevant account functions
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Office related program such as Microsoft Words, Excel, etc.
• Problem solving and and conflict resolution skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
