Office Administrator
Role
Ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day general office operations, supporting projects and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Operation team.
Job Responsibility:
Perform administrative tasks, including scanning and photocopying
Date entry, write emails, memos and letters
Prepare quotation
Arranging Food and Beverages during training / meeting session
Manage database entry and client files
Order and maintain supplies
Document financial information
Assist in company event organization
Make and confirm travel arrangements for team members
Receive incoming delivery and handing into targeted recipients
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
Assist with presentations and reports
Assist with marketing events
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
High School diploma with 3 years proven working experiences operations management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
