Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating company database.
- Accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and systems.
- Assisting in the maintenance of organized and up-to-date records.
- Providing general administrative support to the team and department.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Record and distributes incoming correspondences.
- Compiling and maintaining electronic filing system.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Strong written & verbal communication and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
