- Assist in filing, data entry, and document handling
- Prepare letters, forms, and basic reports
- Update and maintain company records or databases
- Support daily office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Help coordinate meeting room bookings and office arrangements
- Greet visitors and assist with basic enquiries
- Assist HR, Finance, or other teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Help prepare documents for meetings, training, or company events
- Handle other clerical duties assigned from time to time by supervisors
