Position: Night Chicken Slaughterhouse Operation Manager

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: RM5,000+++
Work Days: 6 days a week (off every Saturday)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Operation Manager to oversee the chicken slaughtering operations during the night shift. The candidate will ensure smooth production, compliance with halal and hygiene standards, and effective team management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise night-shift chicken slaughtering operations.
• Ensure compliance with halal, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor productivity and quality of work.
• Resolve operational issues and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to speak Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
