1. Clinical Duties
- Provide consultations & treatment for general illnesses
- Perform minor procedures (e.g., wound care, nebulization)
- Maintain patient records in EMR
- Follow MMC guidelines & refer patients when necessary
2. Patient Care
- Build rapport with patients
- Educate on health, prevention & wellness
- Promote clinic packages (e.g., vaccinations, screenings)
- Gather and act on patient feedback
3. Admin Support
- Assist with daily clinic operations
- Ensure smooth patient flow & staff coordination
- Maintain compliance & SOP documentation
- Monitor stock & support equipment upkeep
4. Marketing & Outreach
- Join health talks, campaigns, and outreach events
- Contribute to clinic’s digital content & promotions
- Support marketing activities to increase visibility
5. Sales & Performance
- Contribute to clinic KPIs & package sales
- Track patient return rate & satisfaction
- Suggest improvements to services & retention strategies
Requirement
1. Experience as Resident Doctor for at least 2 years above
2. Possess MBBS
3. Working Hours:
- 1st Shift – 8am to 4pm
- 2nd Shift – 4pm to 12am
4. Preferably : Malay & Male
