POSITION - MATERIAL PLANNING ASSISTANT MANAGER
LOCATION - MERU, KLANG
SALARY - RM 5000-6000
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and purchasing of Inventory items in order to ensure uninterrupted production with the optimum inventory level.
Co-ordinate and control the routing as well as inventory of all inbound and outbound materials together with facilitating all marketing communications regarding product and process.
Control overall inventory level within the limits set up by the company .
Co-ordinate and plan to ensure smooth supply of materials to Production as well as Finished goods to Marketing/Customers.
Co-ordinate with co-packer or outsource manufacturer to get finish goods on-time to achieve customers demands.
Prevent, minimize and solve inventory problems regarding old Aging, Obsolete, Provision, Write-off and Out-of-Stock.
Plan and assign duty & responsibility to each subordinate to ensure that planning and import-export sections have been operated efficiently.
Ensure that concerned Procedures and Instructions are updated and ensure that concerned Procedures and Instructions are being followed and carried out properly.
Update the superior for inventory, demand-supply situation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related fields.
At least 5 years experience in related field of Material & Production Planning, Import/Export.
Good Communication skill in English.
