Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketplace Executive (Ecommerce) Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our Tiktok eCommerce campaigns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online store on Tiktok & Shopee.
- Liaise with the eCommerce account manager for platform updates, troubleshooting, and campaign coordination.
- Oversee order processing, inventory management, and customer service for the online store.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data, providing insights and monthly analytics reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, logistics) for campaign preparation and execution.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, especially on Tiktok and Shopee, and propose improvements to increase sales and engagement.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing (Tiktok eCommerce experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and basic digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,490.60 per month
