Boxgreen is looking for an eCommerce & Marketplace Executive (Remote) to grow the eCommerce marketplace business for Boxgreen and to support commercial development across the region. This remote position is based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in developing marketing insights to drive the eCommerce aspect of the business.
Job Description
- Grow eCommerce sales via performance marketing and commercial strategy across platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
- Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and platforms.
- Plan, budget, and execute marketing campaigns; ensure consistent product listings and stock availability.
- Develop brand-specific marketing, promotion, and assortment strategies.
- Oversee eCommerce operations and marketing execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners; align on sales objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stock planning and fulfillment.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives (on-site, social media, display, eDM, SEO/SEM).
- Manage inventory and promotional mechanisms (bundles, discounts, vouchers).
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Support the marketing team on ecommerce initiatives and campaigns.
- Track and follow up on client orders and inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or any related courses
- At least 2-3 years of work in eCommerce marketplace management / performance marketing
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
- Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgment
- Artistic and innovative flair
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Able to based in KL
