Marketing/Brand Executive (In-house)
Responsibilities
- Involve in all aspect relating to the introduction and marketing of company’s medical devices.
- Organize and participate in monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Managing and coordinating B2B Marketing and Product related activities.
- Maintain favorable customer relationship and monitoring customers’ product satisfaction and performance.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to assess performance. Identify areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
- Overseeing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
- Improve company’s brand recognition, awareness and product understanding. Work closely with existing customers/distributors and reach out to potential new customers.
- Developing and implementing marketing plan and brand strategies and ensuring consistent message across all marketing channels.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team. Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, R&D and Customer Service for best result.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or any related discipline.
- Preferably with minimum 2 years working experience in B2B Marketing role or in branding.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in medical devices.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and cultures.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal. Also, with good presentation skills.
- Energetic, driven and committed to success.
- Multitasking and good interpersonal skill.
