Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Administrator to support the development and operationalization of a Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing Department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project delivery. You will be instrumental in driving best practices, aligning teams on performance standards, and overseeing key marketing projects to execution.
Responsibilities:
Center of Excellence (CoE) Development:
- Support the design and implementation of the Marketing CoE framework, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
- Establish and document standardized processes, templates, and best practices across content, campaigns, performance marketing, brand, SEO, CRM, and analytics functions.
- Champion knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across marketing teams.
- Drive the adoption of tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-functional training and onboarding programs to upskill team members and embed CoE practices.
Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate strategic marketing projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop project plans, risk assessments, and performance reports for leadership visibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Operational Support:
- Support strategic planning and quarterly business reviews by compiling data, tracking progress, and identifying optimization areas.
- Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking across marketing initiatives.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in marketing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a business operations, marketing operations, or project management role, ideally in a Fintech or Financial services environment.
- Proven experience in building or supporting Centers of Excellence or similar capability-building programs.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation. Have the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
- Hard-working self-starter able to navigate a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment while still providing attention to detail and approaching tasks conscientiously.
- Highly collaborative player who can plan (think) and execute (do).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Preferably have prior financial/fintech industry experience.
