What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Campaign & Project Management
- Lead the planning and execution of impactful marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company objectives.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Manage relationships with key vendors, creative agencies, media partners, and production houses.
- Oversee contracts, deliverables, and payment processing in partnership with the Finance team.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare performance reports, post-mortems, and data analysis to assess the success of campaigns.
- Use insights to continuously improve and optimize future campaigns.
Strategic Support & Administrative Excellence
- Support the CMO in executing high-level strategic projects.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth operations within the marketing team.
Operational Excellence
- Keep organized, up-to-date documentation of campaign assets, contracts, and project files.
- Coordinate with digital platforms, CRM systems, affiliate dashboards, and marketing tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or project coordination.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in managing vendor relationships, tracking budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Malay.
