We are currently looking for a driven and creative individual to join us in a Marketing Management role to help grow our brand and sales through strategic marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across both digital and offline platforms.
- Manage social media content and online engagement to build brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts.
- Identify market trends and new promotional opportunities.
- Focus on generating leads and driving conversions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, planning, and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
Compensation
This role is commission-based only. There is no fixed basic salary. Income is based entirely on individual performance and sales results.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
