Job Scope Summary:
To develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that enhance the hotel’s brand image, drive business, and maintain strong media relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing and communications campaigns to promote the hotel’s rooms, F&B outlets, events, and services.
- Maintain and strengthen the hotel’s brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media visits, and press conferences.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, including photo/video shoots.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage.
- Collaborate with sales, F&B, and events teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage crisis communication when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
