The Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies. Your primary mission will be to enhance our brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team in a B2B environment. You will connect with key players in the palm oil sector, from mill engineers to plantation owners, and communicate the value of our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to reach our target audience in the palm oil industry.
- Manage company website content, social media channels (especially LinkedIn), and email marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, technical data sheets, presentations, and case studies.
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research and outreach.
- Organize and represent the company at key industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, industrial, or engineering environment.
- Crucial Advantage: Prior experience or strong familiarity with the palm oil industry, heavy machinery, or industrial spare parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events when required.
