MARKETING EXECUTIVE CUM CONTENT CREATOR (FOOD & BEVERAGES)
Location : Nasi Kandar Masa Depan , Jalan Kebun, Shah Alam
Marketing
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Run and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Update content and track analytics to improve SEO performance.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Track KPIs and suggest improvements to achieve better results.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Coordinate visuals, copywriting, and targeting to ensure ads align with brand goals.
Content Creator:
- Edit photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and engaging visual presentation.
- Use editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.) to enhance raw footage and images.
- Act as the face and voice of the brand on social media platforms, including appearing in videos, stories, reels, and live sessions.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity.
- Engage confidently with the audience and convey brand messages effectively.
- Develop fresh and innovative marketing ideas to promote products/services.
- Brainstorm content concepts, campaign themes, and seasonal promotions.
- Stay up to date with trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
- Host live sessions on social media platforms to promote products, services, or campaigns.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and drive engagement.
- Coordinate with the team to prepare for smooth, professional live sessions.
- Able to create various of content video such as, UGC (User-Generated Content)BTS (Behind the Scenes) POV (Point of View) Random (Latest trending)
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or any relevant field.
- Proven experience as managing social media platforms.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and communication skill in Malay and English.
- Able to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Creative and detail-oriented person.
