Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning - Research TikTok trends, audio, and formats relevant to Company Brand
- Brand Storytelling - Showcase the brand’s personality, products, or values in a relatable and authentic way.
- Analytics & Optimization -Track video performance using TikTok analytics.
- Audience Engagement - Monitor video performance and audience feedback to improve future content.
- Consistency & Presence - Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in content creation & social media management.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent writing skills for captions and brand storytelling.
- Comfortable being on-camera and engaging with an audience.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
