Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to manage and enhance Ipoh Ais Kopi’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will focus exclusively on social media, creating engaging content, capturing photos and videos, and updating our brand’s presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create compelling social media content, including posts, stories, and campaigns, to promote Ipoh Ais Kopi’s brand and offerings.
· Independently capture high-quality photos and videos for social media use, showcasing food, beverages, and the dining experience.
· Manage and update all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), TikTok, and X, ensuring consistent and timely posts.
· Develop content calendars and schedule posts to maximize audience engagement.
· Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to optimize content strategies.
· Collaborate with the F&B Manager to align social media campaigns with promotional activities.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in the F&B industry.
· Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content independently.
· Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, and X.
· Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
· Familiarity with social media analytics and tools for scheduling and monitoring posts.
· Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but passionate candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
