We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to support our hotel group’s marketing activities across multiple brands. This is an ideal role for a fresh graduate or junior candidate eager to learn and grow in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution. You will assist in content creation, social media management, digital ads, and day-to-day marketing coordination.
Working Schedule: Hybrid / Work from home and meetings in-person
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content
- Assist in planning and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Coordinate with design and media team for visuals, videos, and campaigns
- Monitor comments, DMs, and messages across social platforms
- Research trends and suggest creative content ideas
- Help manage the monthly content calendar and basic reporting
Marketing Coordination
- Support promotions, giveaways, and campaign rollouts
- Update websites, hotel listings, and promotions as needed
- Assist with marketing material preparation (flyers, digital posters, email content)
- Track ad performance, leads, and marketing KPIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Brand & Admin Support
- Help organize photo/video shoots and content filing
- Maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Comm, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Basic Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Self-motivated, organized, and open to feedback
- Must be based in Klang Valley
