Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Branding
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and digital content.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with relevant and engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for management review.
2. Event Planning & Management
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee event logistics including venue booking, catering, equipment, and manpower arrangements.
- Ensure events align with the company’s brand image and marketing goals.
- Prepare event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
3. Public Relations & Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing press releases, speeches, and promotional announcements.
- Explore and secure sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic partnerships for events.
4. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain marketing and event documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Prepare post-event evaluations and marketing performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or event management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
