- Understand and promote complex instrumentation products and translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.
- Prepare technical datasheets, product brochures, and manuals.
- Design technical catalogs, flyers, and posters to showcase product ranges.
- Develop marketing materials for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Attend or organize trade shows and exhibitions.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Premiere Pro to design and edit visual content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.
- Evaluate campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, website, mailbox) to attract potential clients.
- Suggest improvements based on engagement rates and sales conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations.
Key Skills Required
- Candidate must possess Diploma , degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, business management.
- Fluent in English and Malay (both written and spoken)
- 1 year in marketing and sales experience, preferably in instrumentations related to process industries.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people from different culture and background.
- Possess own transport.
