What we expect from you?
- HR - researching, writing draft, ads push, filtering, scheduling and communications on talent management matters.
- Finance & Accounting - researching, record-keeping, processing and communications of finance matters
- Corp - researching, filing, processing, management and communications on corporate matters
- Marketing - Producing promotional video content (TikTok, FB), blog posting content, help edit and create promotional videos
- Others - Adhoc items touching any other disciplines thats within the context of administrative activities.
- Others - Schedule and drive meetings accordingly.
- Others - Participate or drive special projects as delegated by your direct report.
Qualifications:
- Role is targeted for young, smart and super-organized fresh grad
- Very active co-curriculum is high encouraged to apply.
- Proactive communications is critical requirement for this role
- Fast learner with strong ability to figure things out quickly to solve problems at hand.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
