As we expand our ambitious initiatives to revolutionize international business connections, we are seeking a motivated marketing associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about strategic communications, branding and digital outreach. You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, running paid advertising campaigns and maintaining a strong digital presence across platforms in support of our international business development efforts.
Job Description and Responsibilities
· Work closely with Chairman of Fat Tiger Group to deliver Company Mission.
· Plan and run paid marketing campaigns with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Facebook ads targeting business audiences in key markets.
· Develop, schedule and publish marketing content across various channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, EDMs and more.
· Manage and update content on the company’s website, ensuring messaging is current, aligned with branding and SEO-optimized.
· Support lead generation efforts through digital campaigns and content marketing.
· Monitor campaign performance and generate insights using marketing analytics tools to inform decision-making.
· Assist in the coordination of marketing collaterals for overseas delegations, events and high-level meetings.
· Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and execution of campaigns for optimum results.
· Work internally with creative members to produce visual and written materials when required.
· Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities and positioning strategies.
· Support general marketing administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks to ensure efficient operations.
· Handle all other ad-hoc marketing administration tasks when assigned.
Requirements
- Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong academic or practical background in Marketing, Communications, Business or International Relations.
- Experience in running LinkedIn Ads, including setting up audiences, monitoring performance and optimizing budgets.
- Experience in website content management, preferably using CMS platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow or similar.
- Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling and branding consistency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design or publishing tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma) is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and metrics (Google Analytics, SEO tools, Mailchimp).
- A proactive attitude, with a passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic startup environment.
Duration and Compensation
This is a full-time permanent position which offers remote working flexibility. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
