RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for the full spectrum of sales activity.
- Focus on daily sales operation, attend to inquiries, upkeep of purchase data, coordination with solicitor and end-financiers.
- Attention to detail, issuance of related documentation for the full spectrum of sales from booking, stage billings until handover.
- Liaise and assist inquiries of rental prospects and existing tenants, and upkeep of rental payment.
- To prepare relevant document for authority submission.
- Assist Manager on marketing campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
