Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Marketing & Operation Assistant to support our ferry service operations and assist with the execution of marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Support
- Coordinate daily ferry operations and schedules between Langkawi and Koh Lipe.
- Assist in passenger check-ins, manifests, and boarding procedures during peak seasons.
- Liaise with ground crew, boat captains, and travel agents to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, passenger counts, and agent bookings.
- Work closely with tour desks, travel agents, hotels, and tourism operators to promote packages and ensure smooth communication.
- Distribute marketing materials to on-ground partners and collect feedback on campaign performance or guest response.
- Assist in maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders to enhance brand presence and bookings.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, tourism, or marketing is preferred (fresh grads welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments, especially during high seasons.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
