Currently, we are seeking candidates to join our team as Marketing/Administrative Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquiries: Manage customer chats and queries, both online and walk-in.
Order Processing:
- Issue Proforma Invoices to suppliers.
- Coordinate order deliveries.
- Perform stock checks on goods.
3.Administrative Tasks:
- Generate invoices for customers.
- Manage our webstores.
4.Support Packing and Dispensing:
Assist in goods dispensing and packing when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM level or equivalent. No prior experience is necessary.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous work ethic.
Additional Requirements:
- Non-smoker.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in nearby areas, including Jawi, Sungai Bakap, Nibong Tebal, and Valdor.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Sundays and public holidays.
