Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for new hires and existing employees on production processes, equipment operation, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Develop training materials, including manual, SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids.
- Perform hands-on demonstrations and provide on-the-job training (OJT) on manufacturing equipment and techniques.
- Assess employee competencies through evaluations and skill assessments.
- Maintain and update training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Conduct audits and follow-ups to ensure training is being applied on the production floor.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
