Responsibilities :
- Conducting market research to identify new product trends and opportunities.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers for various product categories.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable business conditions.
- To ensure that the display is full and only good quality fresh items are displayed.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock levels.
- To perform any other tasks which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience, familiarity with food products.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess own transport.
