Position: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our round-the-clock support team. You will assist tour leaders and clients across the globe via calls, chat, and email, ensuring fast and efficient problem resolution during travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a rotating 24/7 shift, including weekends, midnight shifts, and public holidays.
- Handle calls, live chats, messages, and emails within set timelines.
- Support tour leaders with travel-related issues during their tours.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams, suppliers, and MIKI offices for case follow-ups.
- Resolve client issues and complaints politely and effectively.
- Provide emergency hotline and troubleshooting support.
- Share booking or tour information via internal systems and emails.
- Send booking confirmations to hotels if needed (via email or fax).
- Support other departments and handle tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including midnight and holidays.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience with a Diploma.
- SPM holders must have minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in the travel or hotel industry is a plus.
- Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
