Job Description
We’re currently hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of one of the world’s biggest mobile gaming companies—Tencent. In this role, you’ll bring your enthusiasm and communication skills to deliver outstanding service and practical solutions. You’ll work on-site at our Tribe center with cutting-edge tools and be part of a supportive team of leaders and colleagues who are invested in your success.

Qualifications
- Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin (language assessment required)
- Comfortable working across multiple computer systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
