Role Overview
Responsible for overall strategy, brand development, financial health, and business expansion. This role requires exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define company strategy and annual targets to ensure long-term growth
- Oversee financial health and cost management
- Lead marketing, operations, HR, and finance teams to work collaboratively
- Develop partnerships and drive branch expansion
- Report business performance and improvement plans to the Board
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, MBA or related fields preferred
- 5+ years senior management experience (automotive aftermarket or retail chains preferred)
- Strong skills in strategy, team leadership, and financial management
- Excellent communication and stress management abilities
