Job Description:
As a Technician in the Property & Facilities team, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring effective and efficient facility management within HQ and branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and elevators.
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical issues.
- Respond to work orders and attend to urgent maintenance tasks affecting building functionality.
- Record monthly utility readings (water and electricity).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with installation and maintenance of systems and equipment as needed.
- Maintain all maintenance tools and report any faults.
- Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized or major repair services.
- Inspect and ensure functionality of all fire safety equipment.
- Monitor and support weak current systems including CCTV, door access, fire alarms, and video intercom systems.
- Update the maintenance log and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, or Diploma/Certificate in Building Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in facility maintenance, including electrical systems, mechanical, plumbing, handyman tasks, and general building services.
- Good computer literacy is required to manage maintenance records, reports, and work order tracking systems.
- Able to communicate in English will be an added advantage

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
