- Coordinate and lead the maintenance team on all machine / facilities breakdowns and maintenance inspections involving critical machine parameters and critical spare parts management.
- Development and maintenance of maintenance documents as per ISO standards. i.e; SOP, WI, Preventive Maintenance schedule, routine check lists and routine maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis activities for production issues and develop solutions and preventive maintenance.
- Work with production team to execute improvement projects, and coordinating with vendors
- To oversee new fabrication projects, continues improvement project and plant new set-up for the company.
- Continuously observe and enforces good housekeeping practices according to company housekeeping policies.
- Conduct daily routine checks and ensure maintenance team carry out daily and preventive maintenance duties
- To liaise with external vendor, supplier, contractor or government related department.
- To ensure the safety rules and regulation in daily operation and implementation.
- Review all the machine downtime and plan to reduce unscheduled downtime.
