Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore crane projects from conception through close‑out, including budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment.
- Manage subcontractors for inspection, NDT, rope access, mechanical work, and load testing.
- Ensure compliance with PETRONAS Offshore Regs, API 2C/2D, Shell OPS0055 HSE standards.
- Authorize crane operations: lifts, rigging, static/dynamic tests, load tests, and API certification.
- Conduct project Kick‑Off, Pre‑Lift Meetings, HAZID, RAMS, and lift‐planning per PETRONAS rules.
- Ensure competency of crane operators, riggers, inspectors per API, NCCCO, and PETRONAS.
- Monitor project progress, manage issues, implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Liaise with Client's Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), PIC, HSE, Integrity team for audits and inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons‐learned post project.
- Ensure full regulatory documentation: crane files, certificates, logbooks, parts traceability.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years in offshore crane/ lifting project management.
- Proven track record managing offshore campaigns under PETRONAS, API, and DNV regulations.
- Certified Project Manager (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Technical understanding of offshore cranes plus strong HSE & risk management skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Offshore certifications: BOSIET, PETRONAS QMS, crane competency records.
- Qualification in the PETRONAS crane inspector/operator certifications (per API RP 2D).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
