You will play a key role in cultivating strong client relationships, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s heritage of elegance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on personalized styling and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling and exceptional service
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs
- Maintain deep knowledge of product lines, brand heritage, and seasonal collections
- Ensure store displays and visual merchandising align with brand standards
- Handle sales transactions, exchanges, and after-sales service with professionalism
- Support VIP events, product launches, and other in-store client engagement activities
- Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism and grooming standards
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and styling
- Well-groomed with a keen interest in luxury fashion and trends
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
