Job Scope
Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
- Deliver warm, professional service that aligns with the company standards.
- Manage inquiries, returns, and minor customer complaints with care and efficiency.
Product Handling & Merchandising
- Tag, display, and rotate merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support receiving and stocking of new resale items.
- Ensure all products are well-presented and protected in-store.
POS & Cashiering
- Operate the POS system for sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
- Handle payments (cash, credit card, digital wallet, etc.) accurately.
- Assist with gift wrapping, issuing receipts, and tax-free documentation if applicable.
Team Support
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily sales targets.
- Participate in inventory counts, store meetings, and promotional event support.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the store at all times.
Requirement
- 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, consignment, or fashion boutique preferred.
- Strong knowledge of designer brands and an eye for style.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
