We’re Hiring: Lounge Ambassador – New Lounge Team
Location: Geno Hotel, Subang Jaya
Department: Food & Beverage – Lounge
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and style
- Assist guests with seating, menus, and lounge orientation
- Manage lounge reservations, guest seating, and flow of service
- Ensure high levels of personalized service throughout their visit
- Build rapport with guests and remember preferences to create memorable experiences
- Collaborate with service and bar team to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and confident presence
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
