  • Logistics functions which include:
    • 3PL warehouse operation management, delivery / transport arrangement to store / outlet.
    • Forecast planning with 3PL on monthly storage volume / Capacity planning.
    • E-Commerce order fulfilment and ensuring SLA requirement by different marketplace is fulfilled.
    • Oversea shipment handling with accurate information on shipping document, HS code checking and also reviewing custom declaration document before submission.
    • Liaise with regional office on freight forwarder appointment.
  • Purchasing function which include order placements and management, order fulfillment, shipments tracking, freight scheduling and management, with understanding in OTB.
  • Inventory management functions which include:
    • inventory analysis and control, returns management.
    • damaged return control, updates on defective case log in and system write off and physical disposal activity planning and coordination.
    • Quality issues related activity such as rework planning with 3PL, rework cost, and monitoring.
  • Mid-Year and Year-end stock take planning with 3PL and 3 rd party counter.
  • Collaborates with other department / stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
  • To undertake any other duties as requested by the reporting officer
