- Logistics functions which include:
- 3PL warehouse operation management, delivery / transport arrangement to store / outlet.
- Forecast planning with 3PL on monthly storage volume / Capacity planning.
- E-Commerce order fulfilment and ensuring SLA requirement by different marketplace is fulfilled.
- Oversea shipment handling with accurate information on shipping document, HS code checking and also reviewing custom declaration document before submission.
- Liaise with regional office on freight forwarder appointment.
- Purchasing function which include order placements and management, order fulfillment, shipments tracking, freight scheduling and management, with understanding in OTB.
- Inventory management functions which include:
- inventory analysis and control, returns management.
- damaged return control, updates on defective case log in and system write off and physical disposal activity planning and coordination.
- Quality issues related activity such as rework planning with 3PL, rework cost, and monitoring.
- Mid-Year and Year-end stock take planning with 3PL and 3rd party counter.
- Collaborates with other department / stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
- To undertake any other duties as requested by the reporting officer
- Diploma/ Degree holder in Logistics or related fields.
- With at least 3 years of working experience in Planning, Purchasing & Logistics functions.
- With experience in FMCG, especially in retail and distribution would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and SAP (supply chain).
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, leadership and analytical skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and able to work with large amount of data.
