Key Responsibilities
Logistics Documentation
Prepare and verify logistics documents including:
Delivery orders (DO)
Consignment notes
Air Waybills (AWB), Bill of Lading (B/L)
Shipping instructions and packing lists
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and filed accordingly.
Coordination with Transporters & Forwarders
Follow up on proof of delivery (POD) and report any shipment delays or discrepancies.
Customs & Import/Export Support
Assist in preparing and submitting customs-related documents for import/export shipments (e.g., K1/K2 forms, COO, Invoice).
Support declaration processes and liaise with forwarders/customs brokers to ensure clearance compliance.
Maintain proper records of import/export permits, HS codes, and declarations.
Learn and apply basic compliance requirements for LMW, MIDA, MITI, or Free Trade Zones (if applicable).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
