Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling logistics of import, export, repair & return, temporary and warranty shipments. Issuing import / export documentation i.e. shipping invoice, packing list etc.
- Supporting for the commercial function of business operation such as liaison with customers and vendors, spare part and service order booking, issuing commercial documents i.e. purchase order, delivery note, invoices.
- Assisting in the bidding / costing process by obtaining quotations for freight services when required, ensuring competitive pricing and timely responses
- Coordinating with the vendors, forwarders and customers for shipment clearance and delivery to sites, ensuring the forwarders comply with the site safety requirements.
- Applying AP permit, verifying the correctness of the custom forms.
- Monitoring the incoming and outgoing shipments includes liaison with vendors and other related parties.
- Responsible for goods receiving at warehouse for project / service as needed, ensuring proper documentation and project / service inventory
- management.
- Supporting the procurement process i.e. reviewing the purchase requisition, dealing with vendors, handling the purchase orders including the changes and alerts, and maintaining new & updating vendor particulars.
- Supporting vendor invoice verification and account-payable process
- Performing continuous enhancement of procurement & logistics processes.
Requirements
- Education level – Diploma / Degree in Business or Finance
- Number of experiences – 3 to 5 years
- Specific technical/ soft skills – SAP knowledge, Microsoft apps

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
