Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year or above of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SAP FICO or similar ERP systems.
- Has experience with contract processes, nomination procedures, invoicing, or working with SAP systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and familiar with using transaction codes (t-codes) for data entry or system navigation.
- Preferred: Background in logistics or supply chain management background.
- Willingness to remain on standby and offer support as needed beyond standard working hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Handle invoice and payment processing.
- Follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
